If you experience an on site emergency after our normal office hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm) please read the important information below.
Please keep in mind that in relation to your strata complex, an emergency is any occurrence that is immediately potentially hazardous to the health & safety of any residents or visitors, or puts your property at risk of significant damage or additional damage. If the occurrence can wait until the following business day to be repaired, it should NOT be treated as an after-hours emergency. Remember that after hours call outs are costly, so please consider your request carefully before lodging it. If you are a tenant, we would like to advise that you contact your property manager to arrange repairs
No gas, hot water and / or electricity in your unit or on common area
Check with your neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same problem as it may be isolated to your unit, in which case you should arrange a contractor directly.
If the issue is affecting multiple units and / or the common areas, you should in the first instance contact the local authority to see if the outage is affecting the entire suburb.

Lift faults
In the event of the lift not working, please contact the lift company directly, this number should be located near or inside the lift.
If you are inside the lift then use the emergency button.
Carpark gates
If your property has a security gate for the car park and the gate is unable to be opened, please check to see if there is a manual override key, this would usually be held either by a caretaker, a member of the Council of Owners living on site, or in a secure lock box near the gate. Please also check the battery of your remote control, as it might be due for replacement. If the gate is damaged and cannot be opened, please notify your Strata Manager first thing the next morning so the matter can be attended to promptly.
